Dear Ms Dena,

I have recently come accross your fascinating site on Polymorphic Narrative. I am a research resident at the School of Television and Imaging at the University of Dundee in Scotland. I am a classical (hand-drawn) animator and my research is concerned with designing recorded animation for projection with live performance.

I am currently doing groundwork for a proposal for PhD study into this area, with my main questions dealing with issues such as 'Can animated characters act in a live action performance?' and 'How can projected animation enhance performance theatre?"

At the moment I'm not sure if our research interests have any cross-overs, but I would be very interested to hear any comments you may have on the subject.

Thank you for your time,
Sharon

No worries Richard. I suggest two places initially:

Interactive Entertainment Association of Australia:

"Sir Bruce's" excellent MMOG Chart:

And lastly, I'm not a Dr...yet. ;)

Dr. Dena,

My name is Richard Webb, I am a doctoral student at Capella University and I am seeking gameplay statistics for Australia.
I am particularly interested in the sub-category of online gaming and online gaming communities in terms of total users as
well as breakdowns by age, gender, ethnicity and educational attainment.

I have retrieved some statistics from the LAMP Web site but have not, otherwise, found a good source. I noted your name
referenced on the LAMP site. If you would be willing to correspond I can give you more detailed requests.

Are you familiar with Dr. Rod Sims?
