so many corporations (big and small) say they want to nurture and provide the kind of creative climate you describe above with Barcamp, but i have only experienced it once in my working career.  it was a small animation and commercial company run by very forward (or maybe it was backward?)thinking ex-hippies. it seems that the moment creativity becomes a commodity - greed enters and everythings shifts toward &quot;more and &quot;mine&quot;.  and that&#039;s all fine, i understand people like money - but it is one of the reasons it is difficult to find a workplace that can give you that &quot;regenerated&quot; feeling, instead of that &quot;generate more&quot; feeling.  right now, the idea of a digital aboriginal commune sounds quite nice.</description>
